Named for one of our favourite customers, The Briscoe is our most portable charcoal parrilla is basically our P2 model without Iegs. It’s perfect to take away on camping trips, AirBNBs or tiny house getaways. Or even to a mate's place when you know he's only got a horrible gas BBQ and you want to eat nice food while you're there (I mean, if you can find a way to break this to him gently, of course).

The compact cooking bucket means that the charcoal stays contained and hot, and the grill is still large enough to cook for steaks - a great size considering this pocket rocket's easy-to-carry stature.

Dimensions and materials:

Steel frame: 575mm wide x 370mm deep x 890mm high (to the top of the hand wheel). If you include the hand wheel, the width is 795mm.

Cooking bucket: 3mm solid steel.

Grill: 510mm x 365mm of expanded steel mesh.

The P2 Legless includes fire bricks.
